Technical Lead - Frontend

We are seeking enthusiastic technologists to lead client engagements and oversee the delivery of intricate technical projects. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for architecting efficient and reusable front-end systems that power complex web applications. Your role involves developing feature-rich front-end applications using cutting-edge technology, creating new UI components, and enforcing development best practices within a distributed team. Collaboration with design and UX teams to innovate user experiences across applications is a key aspect of this role. You will also conduct research on Front-End issues, propose enhancements for reusability, performance, and maintainability, and construct reusable UI component code and libraries for future projects. Moreover, you will work closely with product managers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs, optimize application performance, and integrate and enhance existing applications through POC projects. Your responsibilities include participating in planning activities, providing accurate story estimates, creating and executing UI unit tests, and contributing to test automation efforts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders across geographies, and other team members is essential. Your qualifications should include 8 years of UI development experience, proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6), and Redux, as well as expertise in CSS, HTML5, and other front-end technologies. Experience in D3, FusionCharts, NodeJS, and Jasmine, along with back-end technology knowledge, will be advantageous. You should possess strong JavaScript skills, the ability to build responsive UIs, and a passion for writing clean, scalable code. A solid understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving, is required. Moreover, your ability to collaborate with architects, designers, product managers, and developers to influence product direction and functional requirements is crucial.
