Job Description

As a Technical Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include configuring and customizing D365 modules and workflows, building and automating processes using Power Automate/Flows, developing UI with Canvas Apps & MVC architecture, as well as integrating and deploying solutions across environments. Your role will require you to be experienced in configuring and customizing D365 Field Service for efficient work order management, scheduling, and mobile workforce support. Additionally, you should be proficient in implementing D365 CE modules to enhance sales, customer service, and marketing operations. You will also need to be skilled in building automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes across various platforms. Furthermore, a strong understanding of the MVC architecture and experience in developing Canvas Apps for creating intuitive, user-friendly business applications will be essential for this role. Your primary responsibility will be to take notes of action items, track them to closure, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions to meet business requirements.,
