Technical Communications & Training Lead

As the Technical Communications & Training Lead at EdPi Education Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to lead the creation and management of high-quality content across technical, educational, and product domains. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to develop thought leadership, support internal training initiatives, and produce clear and impactful documentation that showcases our innovation in AI, ML, and educational technologies. Your key responsibilities will include researching and writing compelling articles on technical topics in education and computational science, applications of AI/ML and emerging technologies, as well as company updates, achievements, and events. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining learning resources, onboarding materials, and technical training paths for engineers and internal teams. Additionally, you will create and update product and service documentation such as user guides, API docs, and knowledge bases. Building and managing a knowledge-sharing ecosystem across teams and collaborating with engineering and product teams to simplify complex ideas into accessible content will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, content strategy, or knowledge management. A strong understanding of applied AI/ML concepts and/or educational technologies is essential, along with excellent written communication and research skills. Previous experience working closely with engineering and product teams is a requirement, and familiarity with tools like Markdown, Notion, Confluence, Git, or documentation platforms is highly desirable. Having a background in computer science, engineering, or education technology is a plus, as is experience in designing or managing internal learning programs. If you have a track record of publishing technical blogs, papers, or editorial content, it would be considered advantageous for this role.,
