Description
As a Content Research and Training Development Specialist at Dr. Reddys Laboratories Ltd., you will be responsible for conducting research to identify upcoming training needs to ensure employees are prepared for current and future role requirements. You will develop instructional materials and products for technology-based redesign of courses, and provide support for the design and development of training curricula, learning strategies, educational policies, or courseware standards to support R&D or Manufacturing Operations. Your role will involve interviewing subject-matter experts or conducting research to develop instructional content, as well as adapting instructional content or delivery methods for different levels or types of learners. In this position, you will design learning resources, including classroom interventions or digital content, and instructional aids for stand-alone or instructor-led classroom or online use. You will recommend instructional methods appropriate for content and learner characteristics, and partner with various academies and learning partners for designing content and delivering sessions. Additionally, you will evaluate the training effectiveness, enhance resources to meet future requirements, and ensure that learning resources are adequate and updated to align with business needs. Your role will also involve stakeholder management, including partnering with various academies and sub-academies of various businesses for training needs identification, collaborating with academic institutions and organizations for developing learning resources, and liaising with the Leadership Council for successful training gap closure. As a Content Research and Training Development Specialist, you will design assessment frameworks to evaluate technical competencies, identify skill gaps, and develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of instruction or training interventions. You will analyze performance data to determine the effectiveness of instructional systems, courses, or instructional materials, and develop instruction or training roadmaps for online and blended learning programs. To qualify for this role, you should have a B.Tech/B.Pharm degree with experience in Injectables Operations.
