Technical Assistant Facility Manager

Handling the technical team of facility management of Stellar Gymkhana Club based near Pari chowk

• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, and fire safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular inspections.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and service delivery.
• Manage energy usage and implement cost-saving measures.
• Respond to emergencies and provide prompt resolution to minimize downtime.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Strong technical expertise in Electrical/HVAC Systems is essential
• Education: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in facilities management, ideally in commercial buildings.
• Strong problem-solving and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work during emergencies or on-call, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
