We are seeking a skilled Power System Engineer with 2–5 years of professional experience to support electrical system studies, design, analysis, and troubleshooting. The candidate will work on projects related to transmission, distribution, industrial plants, and data centers using power system simulation tools. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed power system studies including: Load Flow Analysis Short Circuit Studies Relay Coordination Arc Flash Hazard Analysis Harmonic Analysis Power Quality Assessments Motor Starting Study Transient Stability Study Develop, modify, and interpret single line diagrams (SLDs) and protection schemes. Model power systems using software such as ETAP and AutoCAD . Prepare technical reports, study documentation, and client presentations. Support design reviews, system troubleshooting, and commissioning activities. Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and clients to deliver engineering solutions. Maintain compliance with industry standards such as IEEE, IEC, NFPA 70E, and utility regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred). 2–5 years of relevant experience in power system analysis with electrical design. Proficiency in ETAP simulation tools and AutoCAD software. Strong understanding of electrical protection schemes, grounding, and arc flash mitigation. Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (IEEE, IEC, NFPA 70E). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and substation layouts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Power Systems (optional but preferred). PE (Professional Engineer) License or pursuing. Experience with utility, renewable, or data center projects. Field testing or commissioning exposure.
