Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Location: Pune, India Experience: 1 to 5 years Shift: US Shift (Night Shift) Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our sales and business development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cold calling, market research, and lead qualification, with a strong preference for candidates having a background in ServiceNow sales or IT services sales . You will play a critical role in identifying and generating new business opportunities to support our sales goals. Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach to prospective clients in the US market. Identify and qualify new leads through market research, online tools, and industry databases . Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and track all interactions. Generate interest and schedule meetings/demos for the sales team. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1 to 3 years of experience in lead generation , cold calling , or inside sales , preferably in the IT or SaaS domain. Prior experience with ServiceNow sales , IT services , or related technology platforms is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho. Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift in India) . Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop solutions using ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB) and ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) OR ITAM (HAM & SAM) • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and data sources. • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and catalog items. • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Must-Have Skills: • 4 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow development. • Deep understanding of ServiceNow ITOM (especially Discovery and Service Mapping) OR ITAM (HAM & SAM) • Solid experience with CMDB architecture and CI relationships. • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM/ITOM/ ITAM.
