Role & responsibilities Identify and generate leads for Loan Against Property (LAP) through various channels like open market, referrals, existing customer base. Conduct marketing activities and participate in promotional events to build awareness and generate applications. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collect and verify all necessary documents from applicants. Address customer queries and provide post-disbursement support. Follow up on any pending documentation or payments. Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and disbursements. Prepare and submit regular reports as required. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the LAP portfolio.
