Job Title: Team Leader - QR & Sound Box Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our QR & Sound Box team at Paytm. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team of Service Field Engineers, ensuring timely resolution of merchant issues related to QR and Sound Box devices, and driving business growth through upselling and sales of cross-sell products. Key Responsibilities - Manage a team of 15-20 Service Field Engineers - Ensure timely closure of tickets for both proactive and reactive merchant issues related to device deployment - Oversee inventory management, including forward and reverse logistics - Utilize upselling skills to promote Paytm's products and services - Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges - Foster a culture of learning and development within the team Desired Candidate Profile - 3+ years of experience in sales, team management, or a related field - Strong service background and industry experience (DTH, Broadband, Consumer Electronics, etc.) - Local market knowledge and strong understanding of inventory management - Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills What We Offer - Competitive salary - Opportunity to work with a leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company - Professional growth and development opportunities About the role: The person should be capable of increasing the sale of EDC & Soundbox through proper channels to the merchants across multiple locations.
