rebootXP is hiring for the Sales Team Leader - BPO Specifications: - Minimum 4 years of work experience in a relevant Contact center sales voice process. - Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead in sales voice/offline sales program - BPO. - Thorough understanding of operations metric, people practices (score calculation, parameters, ratings, attrition, etc) - Consumer sales oriented. Should have prior knowledge of consumer sales process and techniques. - Proficient in MS Office Excel, Word and Power-Point. - Good spoken English skills - Graduation is must. - Immediate Joiner Responsibility : - Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives. - Monitor and analyze sales data. - Set individual sales targets with team members and monitor progress. - Provide team members with regular feedback on performance and progress. - Motivate and support team members to ensure they reach their targets. - Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure quality customer service is provided. - Manage all customer complaints and resolve any customer disputes. - Resolve client complaints and provide answers to customer questions. - Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual reports to senior management and other stakeholders. - Motivating the team and fostering a healthy competitive environment within the team.
