Team Lead (Back End)

You will be responsible for owning the product development right from the inception phase. This will involve designing and implementing low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications. Your role will also include contributing to discussions on software architecture and providing mentorship to a team of developers. Additionally, you will actively participate in code reviews, design reviews, SCRUM ceremonies, and troubleshooting to ensure the uptime of live systems. To qualify for this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field from a premier college. You should have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in back-end development, specifically using technologies such as Node.JS, Nest.JS, and Next.JS, preferably in a startup or a dynamic work environment. It is essential to have a strong background in writing and optimizing SQL for high-performance systems. A deep understanding of data structures, designs, logic patterns, as well as advanced and complex databases, is crucial for this role. Moreover, familiarity with asyncio and eventloop/uvloop concepts will be beneficial. Key Skills required for this position include proficiency in Node.js, AWS, and Next.js.,
