Position: Co-Teacher / Assistant Teacher
Department: Academics (Pre-Primary / Primary / Middle School)
Job Summary:
A Co-Teacher supports the main class teacher in delivering lessons, managing the classroom, and ensuring students' academic and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the main teacher in daily classroom activities and lesson delivery.
- Support in preparing teaching materials and organizing learning resources.
- Help manage student behavior and classroom discipline.
- Provide one-on-one support to students as needed.
- Monitor and report student progress to the lead teacher.
- Assist during school events, field trips, and assessments.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness and safety.
- Maintain regular communication with parents under teacher’s guidance.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Patience and a nurturing attitude towards children.
- Basic classroom and time management skills.
- Familiarity with child-centered teaching methods (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
