Role Overview

As a Teacher cum Counsellor, you will be the face and mentor of our classroom. You’ll teach, guide, and counsel students on effective study techniques while nurturing their personal growth and emotional well-being. Your role will be a beautiful mix of educator, motivator, and listener.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach students as per the 10-month H2S curriculum (Study Skills, Memory Tricks, Vedic Math, Language, Public Speaking, etc.).
• Conduct engaging and interactive sessions using practical activities, stories, games, and real-life examples.
• Monitor individual student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
• Act as a counsellor to address concerns, motivation issues, or behavioural blocks.
• Maintain student records, attendance, and performance tracking.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined learning environment.
• Collaborate with the Centre Head for planning, reporting, and training.

Requirements

• Passion for working with children and shaping their mindset.
• Ability to connect emotionally and intellectually with students and parents.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets/Forms, WhatsApp updates).
