Job Opportunity: Taxation Manager

Experience Required:

Minimum 3-8 years in taxation roles
Experience in
Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, Audits
Preferably from
Audit Firms
,
Corporate Tax Teams
Exposure to
Banking and Broking
industries highly desirable

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and ensure timely
filing of direct and indirect tax returns
(GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.)
Handle
tax assessments, appeals, audits
, and liaise with tax authorities
Monitor and ensure
compliance with all statutory tax requirements
Review contracts and transactions for
tax implications
Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and
advise management
on the same
Support internal and external audits with relevant tax data and reconciliations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations
Prepare MIS and tax reports for management review

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Qualified
CA
with strong academic and professional background
Solid understanding of
Indian Direct & Indirect Taxation laws
Hands-on experience in handling tax compliance in
NBFCs, broking firms
, or
banks
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
