We purchased a software product through nexarc. Fish market in Chennai has better professionalism than these people. If you do business with them, they will ditch you for sure.

Very poor service, while sales they will promise everything to be perfect but when you send out your parcel and there are issues they will take too many days to respond and every time you send a parcel they will ask you to pay more after sending out.

Pathetic customer service….. the difference between the deliverables agreed during the time of sales and the after sales is huge. Strongly recommend not to avail their service
