It's the worst company ever I've seen. They took money from employees and now they aren't receiving the calls and replying to the msgs. How cheap these people are. Shame on them.

My friend recommended Thinkrobotics a few months ago, but i had my doubts as service was slow but product was delivered on time and Ritik also helped me with my setup. The delays were apparently because they were shifting their office. Would recommend.

Do not buy from these guys, I had ordered some spares and selected Rushed Delivery which is the faster service as per them, but my order was not picked up for 4 days. Raised multiple tickets but no response, even on calls they are very casual and blaming others. Very pathetic service, do not trust any service they provide
