Job Description ABAP We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ABAP Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP ECC and HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABAP programming, with a deep understanding of SAP modules, SAP HANA database, and an ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: Development and Customization: Develop, customize, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP programming language. Create and maintain custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms (RICEF objects) using ABAP. Develop and optimize ABAP code in SAP HANA environments, utilizing CDS views, AMDP, and other HANA-specific techniques. System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions between SAP and other systems using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and other integration methods. Work on SAP PI/PO interfaces and web services integration. Technical Design and Documentation: Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Prepare technical design documents and ensure that solutions are aligned with business needs and SAP best practices. Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing ABAP code for performance improvements, especially in HANA environments. Conduct performance tuning of ABAP programs and database queries. Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, support functional teams during integration testing, and debug complex issues in SAP systems. Ensure high-quality code delivery through code reviews and adherence to coding standards. Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP applications. Perform regular maintenance tasks and updates to ensure system stability and performance. Project Management: Lead or participate in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. Manage and mentor junior ABAP developers, providing guidance and knowledge sharing. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ABAP programming, including Object-Oriented ABAP. Strong knowledge of SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, etc.). Experience with HANA-specific development (CDS views, AMDP, etc.). Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is a plus. Experience with SAP Workflow and SAP Scripts/SmartForms/Adobe Forms. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. JD-Power BI The Power BI Developer is responsible for delivering high quality Power BI reports and dashboards that support the business needs of TAOS Inc. and its customers. The Incumbent must possess a very good business understanding and should demonstrate the ability to translate the business requirement into the technical specifications and workable prototypes / applications. The incumbent will also be responsible for assisting in the design and maintenance of the Business Intelligence and Analytics delivery layer architecture by enforcing security and enterprise standards and procedures. Responsibilities Author complex Power BI reports, KPIs, and Dashboards. Work with business groups to understand data structures and data element definition and accuracy. Conduct data and visualization performance analysis, modify Power BI elements for efficiency and efficacy. Monitor recurring jobs, scripts, and events, proactively addressing any potential issues. Maintain and support datasets, templates and reporting packages. Understand business reporting specifications and dataset needs, relating technical requirements to architectural and ETL resources.
