Bachelors degree in a relevant field and 5 years of relevant experience. 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. Experience with Tanium software preferred – Other endpoint management software (i.e. Big Fix, SCCM) may be substituted considered A thorough understanding of how applications install on the Microsoft Windows platforms and how rpm’s are installed on Linux systems Experience with windows and linux patching Strong proficiency in scripting language – linux shell, Powershell and/or Python Experience using REST API to pull data is a plus Having a Tanium Certified Operator or Certified Administrator is a plus Experience with VMWare and/or AWS is a plus. Strong mentoring and communications skills. A large portion of this job is interacting with customers who may have limited knowledge/experience with the tool Strong problem solving skills and goal driven Ability to manage multiple projects at a time Experience working in a large enterprise environment and networks.
