Location : Coimbatore Experience : 35 Years Employment Type : Full-Time Department : Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reports To : Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Head Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for both IT and non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle to attract top talent and fulfill our workforce needs efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions across departments. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, create JDs, and understand role expectations. Source candidates using various methods including job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, referrals, and headhunting. Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders. Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process. Negotiate offers and close positions in alignment with internal compensation structures. Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and compliance documentation. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies. Stay up to date with industry trends and recruitment best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3–5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment (IT & non-IT). Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and candidate assessment tools. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple open roles simultaneously. Preferred Skills Experience in startup or fast-paced environments is a plus.
