Position: Talent Specialist – Recruitment

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our People & Culture team. This role offers full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the complete recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating, evaluating, and onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand role requirements and close positions effectively.
• Leverage job portals, social platforms, internal databases, and creative sourcing techniques.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback coordination, and candidate communication.
• Maintain accurate records through recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Contribute to employer branding and people engagement initiatives.
• Deliver a high-quality, engaging candidate experience at every stage.

Who You Are:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly driven, detail-oriented, and proactive in your approach.
• Comfortable using Excel, job boards, and social media tools; knowledge of ATS is a plus.
• Passionate about building teams and organizational culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,298.77 - ₹35,000.00 per month
