• Take accurate body measurements and guide clients on fabric and style choices.
• Design garment patterns or alter existing patterns to match customer requirements.
• Cut, sew, and finish garments to the highest standards (suits, dresses, uniforms, etc.).
• Supervise and train junior tailors, cutters, and helpers.
• Ensure garments meet required specifications and quality control standards.
• Perform fittings and alterations as needed, ensuring a perfect final fit.
• Manage workflow and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in clean and functional condition.
• Stay updated with new tailoring techniques, trends, and materials.
• Specially knowledge about bag stitches.
