Systems Engineering Specialist

NTT DATA is looking for a Systems Engineering Specialist to join their team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (IN). As a Systems Engineering Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the Magellan ServiceNow Architect to analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and document workflows and configurations on ServiceNow. The team follows the scrum process known as Portia, where user ideas are transformed into stories and assigned to developers. Your role will involve working on stories assigned to you, primarily focusing on ITSM Modules. These stories may include enhancements or new developments of low to medium complexity, with some involving complex processes like PAM and onboarding. A crucial aspect of your role will be to engage with the Caller for additional information or queries and demonstrate the work to them. It is essential to possess ITSM development skills and excellent communication abilities to directly discuss requirements with customers. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse ServiceNow applications and contribute to the enhancement and development of ITSM Modules.
