Systems Administrator, Technology Operations

As a member of the US Omni tech team at Walmart, you will be contributing to the E-Commerce sector, a key growth area for the company. Your role will involve improving Catalog data quality through software engineering in various domains such as Catalog management, machine learning, and big data. Your responsibilities will include: - Validating category/product details in the retail business and identifying gaps to recommend solutions. - Managing stakeholders through effective communication. - Contributing to SOP and Template Management, Documentation, and Quality Process Adherence. - Resolving issues reported by Merchants and Suppliers and coordinating with cross-functional teams. - Adhering to standards and best practices to enhance operational efficiencies. - Providing regular feedback and improving the turnaround time for item setup and issue resolution. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of work experience in Retail/E-Commerce Industry. - Proficiency in e-commerce operations and strong English communication skills. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and analytical skills. - Flexibility to work in multiple shifts. Additionally, the ideal candidate should demonstrate technical skills and knowledge in system administration concepts, ticketing systems, SQL, scripting languages, APIs, and cloud platforms. Collaboration and communication with engineering and product teams, participation in UAT, documenting technical processes, and familiarity with catalog management systems and data visualization tools are also desirable.
