System Automation Engineer - Configuration Management

As a System Automation Engineer at our organization, you will be a vital member of the infrastructure team, tasked with the design, implementation, and maintenance of automated systems for deploying, configuring, monitoring, and managing our infrastructure. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and scalability of our systems. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing infrastructure automation, automating provisioning, configuration management, and lifecycle operations, setting up CI/CD pipelines to streamline system component deployment and configuration updates, creating monitoring, alerting, and observability pipelines for systems health and performance metrics, as well as anomaly detection. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with operational and security standards. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go is required. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in system automation, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering, preferably with a background in Linux systems administration and proficiency in automation tools like Ansible.
