System Analyst

As a System Analyst at AVIZVA, a Healthcare Technology Organization, you will play a crucial role in the product development team. Collaborating with product owners, system architects, and lead developers, you will be responsible for analyzing business, functional, and data requirements to derive system requirements. Your role will involve understanding the product's architecture, data modeling, data flow, integrations, and API documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze business, functional, and data requirements. - Work with the system architect to understand the product's architecture, components, and data flows. - Conduct industry research on relevant datasets, identify entities, relationships, and attributes, and apply ETL principles. - Define data flow, validations, and business rules for data interchange between systems. - Define requirements for system integrations, data exchange, and API exposure. - Provide support to development teams, other product teams, and product owners on system design, integrations, and data flows. - Assist in backlog grooming activities through functional and data analysis. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Minimum 4 years of experience in roles like Business Analyst or Systems Analyst. - Proficiency in data analysis, data modeling, SQL, and knowledge of Elasticsearch. - Experience in defining entities, APIs, and writing API specifications. - Ability to map data from various sources to consumer endpoints. - Strong analytical mindset and experience in BPMN & UML diagrams. - Exposure to requirements documentation like BRD, FRD, SRS, Use-Cases, User-Stories. - Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence) and product implementations. - Experience in UX design activities and collaboration tools like Figma, Zeplin. - Awareness of Healthcare & Insurance business and data is advantageous.,
