Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure software, hardware, and networks
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Ensure system security through firewalls, backups, and updates
  • Maintain and upgrade operating systems and applications
  • Support disaster recovery and data backup procedures
  • Document internal processes and create technical manuals
  • Collaborate with IT staff and other departments to optimize systems

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN), databases, and patch management
  • Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
