Java Lead Developer About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join our team to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java 8 or above (preferably Java 21), Spring Boot, microservices architecture, NoSQL databases, and design patterns. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain microservices-based applications leveraging Java 8+ and Spring Boot. Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase, or similar, ensuring efficient data storage, retrieval, and management. Apply industry best practices, design patterns, and principles to produce clean, maintainable, and high-performing code. Integrate various services and systems via RESTful APIs, message brokers, and other communication protocols. Collaborate with product owners and cross-disciplinary teams to gather requirements, analyze, and translate into scalable technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently to ensure system stability and performance. Write optimized code utilizing data structures and implement design patterns (e.g., Filter Pattern) with hands-on coding. Leverage strong knowledge of functional programming concepts in Java 8+. Develop and optimize SQL and NoSQL queries for efficient data handling. Contribute to UI-side development with Angular (desired but optional if focus mainly backend). Document design decisions, technical specifications, and process flows. Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience in Core Java (Java 8 or above, preferably Java 21) , with practical understanding of Java features and functional programming. Strong background in Spring Boo t and Spring Framework , including configuration, dependency injection, and REST API development. Hands-on experience designing and working with microservices architecture . Solid knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, Couchbase, including document queries and data modeling. Practical experience implementing design patterns (e.g., Filter Pattern) and coding pattern-based solutions. Proficiency in data structures and algorithm design . Familiarity with scenario-based questions and problem-solving in real-world applications. Experience integrating microservices with REST APIs and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Good understanding of SQL querying and database optimization. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
