About the Role: We’re hiring a Brand Manager to lead the way in building a strong, consistent, and memorable brand presence. You’ll own everything from strategy to execution — driving campaigns, managing brand identity, and ensuring we stand out in the market. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Positioning Define and evolve the brand’s voice, values, and visual identity. Develop and execute short- and long-term brand roadmaps. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints — marketing, product, digital, packaging, and customer service. Campaign Management Lead end-to-end brand campaigns — from ideation to launch. Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and product teams for 360° execution. Monitor KPIs (brand awareness, engagement, equity, etc.) and optimize strategy. Market & Consumer Insights Analyze customer behavior, feedback, and competitor activity. Use data to drive decisions around messaging, placement, and targeting. Creative & Content Oversight Approve visual and verbal content — ads, videos, packaging, social creatives. Maintain consistency in design, storytelling, and tonality. Internal Brand Evangelism Educate internal teams on brand values and usage. Align sales, customer service, and product teams with branding efforts. Requirements: 2+ years of brand marketing or brand management experience. Strong grasp of brand strategy, content, and storytelling. Experience in executing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Solid analytical skills — able to translate data into brand actions. Great communication and collaboration skills. Experience working with creative agencies.
