Managing the Project Stakeholders, Business, Business Users, Escalation, Coordinate with other domains, Interface team etc. Able to monitor and present the achievements of Team, Statistics analysis of team performance, Project status, Improvements / Initiative details with cost effective. Build Functional Specifications (FS) together with detailed Test Cases for Technical development by technical team. Deliver technical solutions and all Interface applications in the WM and MM.
