HR-Talent Acquisition Executive - Product - svayarobotics HR-Talent Acquisition Executive Location: Medchal - Hyderabad Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive who has 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in hiring for Mechanical, Manufacturing, and Production roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry-specific skill requirements and a proven ability to source, assess, and onboard top talent. This role is based in Hyderabad and involves close coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to fulfill key hiring mandates. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for positions in mechanical design, manufacturing operations, production planning, quality assurance, maintenance, and related functions. 2. Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to define role needs and ideal candidate profiles. 3. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking within the manufacturing domain. 4. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical fit, experience, and culture alignment. 5. Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage the selection process. 6. Maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and documentation using MS-Excel. 7. Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. 8. Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies in the mechanical/manufacturing sector. Qualification 1. B.Tech/B.E , and MBA with Human Resources, or a related field. 2. Candidate should have 2 4 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production roles. 3. Strong understanding of engineering job functions and terminology. 4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. 5. Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing board level power electronics designs and solutions. You will closely work with other hardware and firmware engineers for planning and completing the physical integration and as well as carrying out end-to-end implementation and validation in real world conditions. Job Responsibilities Responsible for development of mixed signal electrics and electronics for low and high-level drive controls and power systems for Svayas robots and automation systems. You will play a pivotal role in rapidly iterating electronics hardware design concepts, and in helping realize them from lab to real world with utmost reliability. Collaborate with engineers from other disciplines and communicate design priorities and/or approach and provide constructive guidance. Identify and coordinate with key suppliers for procurement and lead technical discussions to help understand Svayas product priorities. Required Skills and Experience 6+ years of hands-on experience in design and development of power electronics hardware. Experience in digital circuits design (I2C, SPI, UART, EtherCAT, Ethernet), Mixed signal circuit design (ADC, DAC) and high-speed circuit designs (HDMI, USB, DDR4, ARM) etc. Experience in Analog Circuits (OP-AMP), Power Board (DC-DC Converters) Experience in working with simulation tools P-Spice, LT Spice, TI-Workbench etc. Experience with design and implementation of redundant and reliable electronic circuits.
