Role & responsibilities 1. Conduct thorough research to identify relevant certifications and industry coalitions that align with our sustainability goals. 2. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to leverage NextWealths impact sourcing model, driving new business opportunities and establishing our leadership in the industry. 3. Identify and explore opportunities for collaboration with think tanks and research publications to highlight NextWealths social purpose and unique business model. 4. Perform assessments of NextWealth’s social and environmental impact to inform future strategies. 5. Engage with organizations focused on sustainability to build partnerships and enhance our initiatives. 6. Coordinate effectively with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and organization of projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proactive approach. Preferred candidate profile Key Qualifications and Experience: 1. Completed an undergraduate degree in business management, social work, or a related field. However, candidates without a relevant degree but with the right attitude and interest are encouraged to apply. 2. A strong passion for creating long-term, sustainable social impact. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Strong presentation abilities with a knack for conveying ideas effectively. 5. Capability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights. 6. A foundational understanding of key sustainability topics. 7. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset. 8. A humble approach, with a willingness to listen and learn. 9. A high-energy, curious, and adaptable personality, with the ability to produce high-quality work.
