Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties: Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and eating. Emotional Support: Providing a listening ear, offering encouragement, and building positive relationships with clients. Practical Support: Helping with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and shopping. Healthcare Support: Assisting with medication administration, attending healthcare appointments, and monitoring for changes in health or behavior. Skill Development: Helping clients learn new skills, such as budgeting, cooking, or using public transport. Community Participation: Supporting clients to access social and recreational activities, hobbies, and community events. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of client information and support provided. Collaboration: Working with other professionals, such as social workers and healthcare providers, to coordinate care.
