Supply Chain Lead

As a Supply Chain Lead at HCI-Heavy Civil Infrastructure, Kancheepuram, you will be responsible for various key tasks to ensure efficient procurement and supply chain management. You will be involved in tender processes, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations while monitoring service quality. Additionally, you will work on material planning for structural steel, execute monthly reconciliations, and maintain proper documentation for future reference. Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers, managing procurement staff, and facilitating communication between various internal teams and external stakeholders will be vital aspects of your role. Developing procurement strategies, analyzing data, and producing reports to ensure cost savings and supplier performance targets are met are key responsibilities. Moreover, staying updated on market trends, regulations, and new technologies to enhance business operations will be crucial. Your role will also involve giving presentations on market analysis, leading meetings, and providing training to junior staff members.
