Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers on-site to understand their business needs and demonstrate software solutions. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Deliver product presentations and live demos tailored to client requirements. Build strong client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction. Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with the inside sales, pre-sales, and support teams for smooth onboarding. Report daily/weekly progress using CRM tools and provide market insights. Attend industry events, trade shows, and local business forums to generate leads. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in software/SaaS/technology products. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Proficient with CRM tools and sales reporting. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in selling ERP, CRM, or industry-specific software solutions. Familiarity with B2B sales processes and procurement cycles.
