Role Description :
Should have 6-8 years overall experience in SuccessFactors (any module) Minimum 1 project experience in SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub Should be certified any SuccessFactors Module Configure and manage the Talent Intelligence Hub, including setting up attributes, behaviors, and proficiency levels Ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Learning, Career Development Planning, and Recruiting Oversee the import and export of Talent Intelligence Hub entities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Provide support and training (if needed) to end-users on the functionalities and best practices of the Talent Intelligence Hub Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps Good communication skills and ability to explain solutions in simple language.
