Role Summary
The Submission Officer plays a crucial role in an immigration and study abroad company, responsible for managing the submission process for immigration cases and study abroad applications. This role involves liaising with clients, preparing documentation, and ensuring the timely and accurate submission of materials to relevant authorities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation required for immigration cases or study abroad applications.
Provide clear and detailed instructions to clients regarding the submission process.
Review and organize client documents to ensure completeness and compliance with immigration or study abroad requirements.
Prepare submission packages in accordance with the guidelines and regulations of relevant authorities.
Coordinate the submission process, including scheduling appointments, obtaining necessary signatures, and ensuring all required materials are submitted on time.
Liaise with government agencies, educational institutions, and other relevant entities for the submission of applications.
Conduct thorough reviews of submission documents to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies.
Ensure that all paperwork adheres to the highest standards of accuracy and completeness.
Monitor the progress of submitted applications and follow up with relevant authorities to track the status.
Communicate application status updates to clients and internal teams.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all submitted applications.
Generate reports on submission activities for management review.
Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, study abroad regulations, and submission requirements.
Ensure strict adherence to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the submission process, addressing inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with other teams, such as immigration consultants or study abroad advisors, to facilitate a smooth process for clients.

Required Qualifications : Any Graduation
Experience Required : 2 years and above
Special knowledge, abilities and skills: **Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Previous experience in immigration, study abroad services, or a related field is an advantage. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of immigration laws, study abroad processes, and submission requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
