Job Descriptions for D-365 CRM application: Senior Tester:
Required skills and Experience:

4+ years of relevant QA experience on a D365 CRM (Mandatory).
Understand business requirements and CRM workflows.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements
Develops test plans, test cases and test scripts for CRM applications.
Define test strategies for functional, regression, integration and performance testing.
Perform manual testing of CRM modules.
Verify data integrity, user access levels, and business rule implementations.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Azure Devops.
Test integration between CRM and other enterprise applications.
