Study Visa Admissions Officer

Responsibilities:

• Must have thorough knowledge of the admission process and requirements for countries like Canada, UK, USA, Europe, New Zealand, Australia, etc.
• Should have experience lodging admission applications on portals.
• Must be familiar with country-specific checklists and requirements. UK & CANADA
• Regularly update the status of all students and application processes.

Application process

• Fee receipts
• Deferments
• Refunds, etc.
• Pre-screen student applications, identify shortcomings, and inform concerned teams with all required documents in one communication to minimize follow-ups.
• Share timely updates on:
• New requirements
• Status changes
• Actions needed from counselors or team members
• Handle timely processing and responses for:
• Assessments
• Application submissions
• Offer letters
• Tuition fee deadlines
• Fee acknowledgments
• LOA (Letter of Acceptance)
• Refund requests
• Maintain proper record-keeping of all student files.
• Prepare effective and error-free reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
