Student Internship

We are seeking a motivated Data Collection & Management Specialist to support the development of our internal web tool, CoreIQ, by collecting, structuring, and populating critical data into relational databases. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to gather key information such as pricing, specifications, and product details, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams of various verticals to collect data on recipes, ingredients, packaging, and suppliers.
• Engage with external vendors to gather product specifications, pricing information, and updated documentation (e.g., spec sheets, certificates).
• Clean, validate, and structure data into pre-defined database tables.
• Ensure consistency and standardization of data formats across all entries.
• Maintain accurate records of collected data and update it regularly as needed.
• Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or missing information through follow-ups.
• Work with the development team to ensure seamless integration of data into the CoreIQ platform.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel, knowledge of SQL and basic knowledge of relational databases will be added advantage.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple data sources.
• Basic understanding of product specifications and technical documents (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
