To conduct safety training, safety meetings, and toolbox meetings across the different plants and sites To investigate incidents and accidents that have occurred. Improvement of quality of PPEs (Personal Protection Equipment) and safety materials Preparation and monitoring of safety documents, reports, and checklists Establishment of safety, health, environment standards, ISO standards, and policies as needed. Conducting a periodic safety audit and ensuring timely closure and resolution of all open points related to the same. Training plant employees to deal effectively with emergencies related to accidents and fire hazards. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Engineer - Production Planning & Control (PPC) to join our team at our manufacturing unit in Vapi, Gujarat. The role involves planning, executing, and overseeing the production processes, especially for new product lines like Geonet extrusion and non-woven lamination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production Line Management: o Assemble and initiate production for new Geonet extrusion lines and non-woven lamination lines for new product launches. o Operate and oversee production lines for Geogrid, including knitting and chemical coating processes. 2. Machine Setup & Maintenance: o Set up new machinery and ensure processes align with production requirements and documentation standards. o Identify necessary equipment and oversee change parts with production maintenance. 3. Quality & Safety: o Establish SOPs and quality standards to ensure high-quality product output. o Ensure safety compliance for all new and existing products. 5.
