Job Responsibilities: · Promote and demonstrate water purifiers to walk-in customers at the assigned retail outlet. · Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently. · Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Kent RO models. · Maintain visual merchandising and product display as per company guidelines. · Ensure timely stock updates and report inventory status to the supervisor. · Coordinate with the store and Kent backend team for product availability and order processing. · Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. · Maintain a clean and professional appearance and behavior at all times. · Provide excellent customer service and handle queries/objections efficiently. · Collect feedback and report customer responses or complaints to the sales manager. Candidate Profile: Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred. Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in consumer durables/FMCG retail sales preferred. Skills: · Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi, Marathi, and basic English). · Confident, persuasive, and target-driven. · Basic understanding of electronics/home appliances preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
