The Store Manager will be responsible for achieving store sales targets, monitoring daily performance, and motivating the team to exceed KPIs like conversion rate and average transaction value. The role includes recruiting, training, and managing store staff, creating duty rosters, and conducting regular performance appraisals.
The Store Manager will also generate and review sales reports, coordinate with the Area Manager and head office teams for smooth store operations, and contribute to local marketing initiatives.
