Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Responsible for store metrics: OTD, Write-off, complaints, attrition. 2. Monitor and analyze key reports and take appropriate action that helps achieve metrics such as OTD, Write-Off, DER, and customer complaints. 3. Ensure timely GRN, PRN, Cycle count, and FEFO expiry process is followed. 4. Coordinate with zonal HR to provide optimal staffing. 5. Attrition and Absenteeism Management. 6.
