Job Title: Store Incharge & Assistant Store Incharge (with ERP Experience) Location: The Cascades, Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad Company: GHR Lakshmi Urbanblocks Infra LLP Industry: Residential High-Rise Construction Experience: Store Incharge: Minimum 10 Years Assistant Store Incharge: Minimum 3 Years in Residential Projects Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are hiring for the positions of Store Incharge and Assistant Store Incharge to manage the end-to-end store operations for our premium high-rise residential project, The Cascades Neopolis at Kokapet, Hyderabad. The ideal candidates should have relevant experience in residential construction and proficiency in ERP systems (preferably In4Suite or equivalent). Key Responsibilities: For Store Incharge: Manage overall site store operations, ensuring smooth material flow and timely availability. Maintain accurate stock records and documentation using ERP software. Coordinate with Purchase, Site Engineers, and Project Managers for material planning. Handle inward and outward material movement with proper documentation (GRN, issue slips, etc.). Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with ERP. Generate stock and MIS reports on a regular basis. Supervise the store team including the Assistant Store Incharge. Ensure proper stacking, tagging, and safety of stored materials. For Assistant Store Incharge: Support the Store Incharge in daily store functions and ERP entries. Assist in receiving, issuing, and tracking of materials. Maintain registers and prepare reports under the guidance of the Store Incharge. Participate in stock audits and physical verifications. Ensure proper arrangement and identification of materials. Follow up on deliveries and material requirements. Candidate Requirements: Store Incharge: Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, especially residential buildings. Strong knowledge of construction materials and ERP systems. Leadership skills to manage store operations independently. Assistant Store Incharge: Minimum 3 years of experience in store operations in residential construction. Familiarity with ERP-based stock entry and reporting. Good communication and record-keeping skills. Note: This is a site-based role. Preference will be given to candidates with immediate or short notice availability and prior high-rise residential project experience.
