Stock Boy

Location: Sec 49, Noida Position Overview: The Trainee will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring optimal floor availability, and supporting the overall store operations. All Trainees are expected to fulfill common responsibilities in customer service and floor availability. Key Responsibilities: Receive and unpack incoming shipments accurately and promptly. Organize and label merchandise in the stockroom according to Skechers standards. Replenish products on the sales floor as per display and inventory needs. Ensure the stockroom is clean, safe, and efficiently arranged. Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits. Coordinate with the sales team to quickly locate and deliver items requested on the floor. Handle returns and transfers of merchandise as directed by the manager. Follow all safety and loss prevention protocols. Qualifications: 0–1 year of experience in retail, warehousing, or a similar stock handling role (Freshers welcome). Physically fit and able to lift, move, and organize stock. Basic understanding of inventory processes. Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
