Provide L2/L3 support for WebFOCUS reports, dashboards, and data extracts across business units Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and data quality validation Investigate and resolve incidents related to report performance, data inconsistencies, and system errors Collaborate with business users, BI developers, and database administrators to address and resolve issues quickly Participate in on-call rotations or provide 24/7 support as needed for critical production issues or scheduled maintenance Ensure end-to-end data integrity from source systems to front-end reporting tools Document support procedures, incident resolutions, and system configurations Assist in WebFOCUS upgrades, patching, and system configuration activities Support testing and validation for new reports, enhancements, and database changes
