As a Steward at The Toy Hotel in Chandigarh, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of dining areas, supporting food and beverage service operations, and upholding exceptional standards of customer service. Your daily tasks will encompass various activities including table setup and clearing, order-taking, food and beverage serving, and strict adherence to all health and safety protocols. Moreover, your role will extend to assisting in the training of new personnel and ensuring that every guest enjoys a delightful dining experience. To excel in this position, you should possess outstanding customer service and communication abilities, along with a comprehensive understanding of food & beverage operations and service skills. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and capacity to thrive in a dynamic work setting will be crucial. Previous exposure to the hospitality industry is advantageous, and a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, while additional training in hospitality or customer service would be beneficial for your role.,
