Description
The State Head will be responsible for setting up a team of marketing professionals and overseeing the business activities of the team. This includes educating, updating, and establishing sales protocols while supervising the sales team. The State Head will be accountable for the team's activities, monitoring and following up on daily call lists for each team member, and taking responsibility for the team's overall business performance. Conducting team meetings, establishing corporate tie-ups, and following up on them are also key responsibilities. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field as an ASM. Candidates who are able to join immediately will be given preference. The State Head will have overall responsibility for the organization's business and will report to the Sales Head of the company. Roles and Responsibilities: - Direct and coordinate regional sales functions. - Develop and coordinate sales of Electrical & Electronic goods. - Identify and develop new customers for products and services. - Research and develop marketing opportunities and new project development strategies. - Analyze the effectiveness of sales methodologies and provide feedback to the team. - Develop and manage sales budgets, as well as internal operating budgets. - Plan and coordinate public affairs, communications efforts, distributor events, and marketing programs. - Formulate and develop manpower plans, train and develop field force. - Direct distributors and/or sales force to achieve sales targets. - Manage major distributor accounts and coordinate the management of all other accounts. - Participate in the development of new project proposals. - Pursue major prospects and lead negotiations. - Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. - Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. - Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. - Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations. - Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop annual and long-term business plans.
