Job Description

In this role, your responsibilities will include researching, designing, and implementing application software/Measurement IP/components for test systems used to validate RFICs such as Power Amplifiers, RFFE. You will have ownership of features of a system and collaborate with global R&D teams on feature dependencies, customer issues, etc. Additionally, you will design/develop features for reusability across systems and future opportunities. It is essential to follow software development processes and standard methodologies for design and development. Seeking feedback on the system/features from Offering Managers, Offering Architect, Application Engineers, etc., and implementing it will be a crucial part of your role. Moreover, you will contribute to design and code reviews, fix critical issues, customer partner concerns, and identify/recommend improvements to benefit long-term product quality and development efficiency. You are someone who promotes high visibility of shared contributions to goals and can take swift and significant action in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. Seeking mentorship from relevant sources to make timely and well-informed decisions is a key trait. Handling risks associated with moving forward when the outcome is uncertain is part of your skill set. For this role, you will need a B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering, along with 2-5 years of experience in application/system design & development, preferably with a passion for test and measurement. Hands-on design, development, and debugging skills in C# are required, as well as experience with developing Back-end and database management. Preferred qualifications that set you apart include experience using NI hardware, RF drivers, STS, and application software such as LabVIEW, TestStand, RFmx, RFIC Test Software.
