Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This role ensures the health, safety, and comfort of patients and adheres to professional nursing standards and hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Deliver safe, compassionate, and individualized nursing care to patients.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and analyze results.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation in patient records.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations.
• Coordination & Communication:
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Participate in patient care planning and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Infection Control & Safety:
• Follow hospital infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients.
• Professional Development:
• Attend training sessions, workshops, and staff meetings.
• Stay up-to-date with current best practices in nursing.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing or equivalent)
• Registered Nurse (RN) with current license from the appropriate nursing council
• CPR/BLS certification (ACLS may be preferred)
• Clinical experience (new graduates may be considered depending on the setting)

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
